<br />AND WHEREAS, said City Engineer has submitted and filed with said
<br />plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications a map or plat
<br />showing the assessment district of lands benefited by the work and
<br />improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled "Map
<br />Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. 1938-411;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City
<br />of Redwood City that the map or plat showing the assessment dis-
<br />trict benefited by the work and improvements herein described,
<br />which map or plat is entitled "Map Showing Assessment District
<br />Under Resolution of Intention No. 1933-411 be and the same is here-
<br />by adopted and approved and said Council does hereby determine and
<br />declare that the foregoing described work and improvements are of
<br />more than local or ordinary public benefit and will affect and
<br />benefit the lands and district shown on the hereinbefore mentioned
<br />map or plat, which district described and shown on said hereinbe-
<br />fore mentioned map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the
<br />district benefited by said work and improvements; and said Council
<br />further determines and declares that the entire costs and expenses
<br />of said work and improvements shall be assessed upon said lands
<br />and district shorn on said map or plat herein mentioned, which
<br />district is within the limits of the City of Redwood City, County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of that portion of Nevada
<br />Street hereinbefore mentioned, and the width of the roadway thereof,
<br />and the width of the sidewalks thereof are to be and are as shown
<br />on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings adopted by this resolu-
