<br />The City Engineer submitted to the Council the Plans and Specifications for the con-
<br />struction of extra buildings at the Port and on motion of Councilman Fletcher,
<br />seconded by Councilman Anderson, the Council approved these plans and specifica-
<br />tions and authorized advertising for bids, setting October 17 as the time to
<br />receive the bids.
<br />The City Engineer submitted the following gage scale to be used in connection with the
<br />construction work at the Harbor, and this was adopted on motion of Councilman
<br />Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson.
