The City Attorney reported that the re -hearing on the Ruellan case had gone against the <br />City and that the City was liable for the full amount of the original judgment of <br />X2850. <br />On motion of Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, the City Manager was <br />authorized to spend about P75 to send out postal cards to the voters of Redwood <br />City urging them to vote favorably for the library and city hall bonds. <br />The departmental reports were ordered filed. <br />The approved claims were ordered paid on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by <br />Councilman Fletcher. <br />Adjournment. <br />BEM:HAS <br />City Clerk <br />447 <br />
