478 follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's right of way for the Redwood Harbor spur track which is 9.5 feet Southeasterly, measured radially, from the center line of said spur track at Engineer's Station 130t50; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly right of way line on the arc of a curve concave to the right and having a radius of 1901.41 feet (,tangent to said curve at last described point bears South 1903913211 West) an are distance of 49.779 feet to a point; thence North 6905112911 West 49.5 feet to a point-. in the Northwesterly line of the right of way of said spur track; thence along said right of way line in a Southwesterly direction on the are of a curve concave to the left and having a radius of 1949.91 feet (tangent to said curve at last described point bears North 2000913211 East) an arc distance of 51.035 feet to a point; thence South 7102112911 East 49.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 22445 square feet, more or less, be, and the same is hereby closed and vacated as a public street, highway and rail- road crossing.
