In connection with the consideration of proper insurance coverage applying to the
Pistol Range, the City Attorney said he, in conjunction with Councilman Pletcher,
I
had read the general liability policy -which the city carries, and that it was
his (attorney's) opinion that the present liability insurance policy covers any
liability accruing through accidents at the Pistol Range.
The City Attorney reported concerning the Ruellan matter and explained that he thought
it inadvisable to file papers for appeal and that inasmuch as all the claimants
could do would be to force the City to make a levy at the next tax time for
10 per cent of the judgment, he accordingly recommended that the City do nothing
Cf further at this time.
i
Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Pletcher,.proposed adoption of resolution
accepting.a deed from the Moxey Realty Company covering a portion of Lot 289
Block S, of Central Park.
