RESOLVED that the said offer of the Emerald Lake Water Company be and is <br />hereby accepted, provided, <br />brance, <br />1. That title to said properties be found clear and free from all encum- <br />2. That the Emerald Lake Water Company furnish to the City of Redwood City <br />sufficient right-of-way for its main transmission lines, about a mile in length, <br />3. That the Emerald Lake Water Company furnish to the City of Redwood City <br />an appropriate site, not exceeding two acres, for a permanent reservoir, <br />4. That the Emerald Lake Water Company assign to the City of Redwood City . <br />any and all contracts for water now held by them, <br />5. That pending the consummation of the transaction the Emerald Lake Water <br />Company turn over to the City of Redwood City for collection all Accounts Receivable <br />and that such receipts be applicable to the operating of said utility and to the balance <br />due on account to the City of Redwood City. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that appropriate application be made to the Railroad <br />Commission of the State of California for authority to transfer and receive said properties <br />of the Emerald Lake Water Company together with all contracts for water. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City on the 23d day of January, 1933 by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the adoption of the Resolution: Councilmen, H. A. Beeger, <br />C. J. Hildebrant, R. N. Jones, C. G. Lambert, P. A. McCarthy, G. W. McNulty, W. J.
