<br />UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1940-3".
<br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City
<br />of Redwood City that the map or plat showing the assessment district
<br />benefited by the stork and improvements herein described, which map or
<br />plat is entitled 11I4A.P SHOUTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER RESOLUTION OF
<br />INTENTION NO. 19.0-311 be and the same is hereby adopted and approved
<br />and said -Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing
<br />described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary
<br />public benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district shown
<br />on the hereinbefore mentioned map or plat, which district described
<br />and shown on said hereinbefore mentioned map or plat said Council here-
<br />by declares to be the district benefited by said work ane'. improvements;
<br />and said Council further determines and declares that the entire costs
<br />and expenses of said work and improvements shall be assessed upon said
<br />lands and district shorn on said map or plat herein mentioned, which
<br />district is within the limits of the City of Redwood City, County of
<br />San IMateo, State of California.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of Inner Circle from the
<br />northwesterly curb line of its intersection with Southgate to its termin-
<br />ation at the southeasterly line of Oak Knoll :Manor, as same is shown on
<br />that certain map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor, Redwood City, San Mateo
<br />County, Ca1.11, and the width of the roadways thereof and the width of
<br />the sidewalks thereof are to be and are as shown on the plans, profiles
<br />and detailed drawings adopted by this resolution."
<br />After which, Councilman Christensen, seconded by Councilman Vierder, pro-
<br />posed the adoption of the following Resolution of Intention No. 19.0-3.
