<br />and all persons having any objections to said wor'r and improvements
<br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. 1940-3, or having any
<br />objections to the proposed grades at 11hich saie work and improvements
<br />are to be done and made, or havinfr any objections to the proposed dis-
<br />trict to be assessed for said work.and improvements, could appear be-
<br />fore the Council of the City of Redwood City and show cause why said
<br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance
<br />with Resolution of Intention No. 1940-3, or why said proposed work and
<br />improvements should not be. carried out and done at the proposed grades
<br />as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings referred to in
<br />said Resolution of Intention No. 1940-'i and now on file in the office
<br />of the Clerk of said City of Redwood City, or 1•rhy said work and im-
<br />provements should not be assessed atnst the district described in
<br />said Resolution of Intention No. 19 0-3 by map referred to therein,
<br />which map was approved by the Council of the City of Redwood City on
<br />the 17th day of June, 194Q, no persons appeared and no objections of
<br />any kind were made to said work nnd. improvements described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. 1940-3 or to the extent of the district
<br />to be assessed. therefor, or to the grades at which it is proposed to
