<br />Building Inspector Duncan reported he had inspected the premises at Katherine
<br />and Grand Streets and that he found no evidence which would indicate the
<br />presence of living quarters over the garage.
<br />Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McNulty, proposed the adoption of
<br />the following resolution. Carried by unanimous vote of the councilmen
<br />present.
<br />"RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has become the
<br />owner of the real property hereinafter described which was sold for taxes
<br />and the deeds to said.City covering said real property have been recorded,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, in the judgment of said Council, said Council deems it
<br />advisable that such property, and each and all of the various'pieces
<br />thereof, be sold and 'the sale of the same is hereby authorized,
<br />AND SAID COUNCIL FURTHER DETERMINES that the minimum amount for
<br />which each of said parcels of land shall be sold is the amount set opposite
<br />the description of each of said parcels hereinafter set forth and said
<br />Council does.hereby fix said various and separate amounts as the separate
<br />minimum amounts for which each piece of property must be sold.
