372 All bids shall be delivered to the City Collector, either by • mail or left at her Office between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. • and 5:00 o'clock P.M. on Creek days, and 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 12:00 o'clock noon on Saturdays. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Redwood City shall have the right to reject any or all proposals for the purchase of any or all of the property advertised.to be sold as aforesaid. ANDERSON Mayor of the City of Rgdwood City" Councilman Werder brought up the matter of a special permit granted San Mateo County R&alty Co, to erect a real estate office building on the east side of El Camino Real near the northerly limits'and, on motion of Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman Werder, said permit was revoked and the City Manager directed to instruct the San Mateo County Realty Co. that the building must be removed with- in 30 days.• Maryland Casualty Co., Surety Bond No. 384394 dated September 14, 1941, in behalf of Nelle L. Miramontes, City Collector, was approved on motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Werder. Permission to hold a.danc e'on November S was granted St. Peter's Social Club on motion of,Councilman Christensen, seconded by Councilman Fletcher.
