Councilman Werder, asked what had been done by Mr. Weiner in connection with <br />the "Tract Office" on the easterly side of E1 Camino Real near the nor- <br />therly city limits. This matter was ordered placed on the agenda for <br />the next meeting. <br />Councilman Granger asked that arrangements be made for painting "Signals <br />0� Ahead" 'signs on E1 Camino Real. <br />In response to inquiry by Councilman Granger, City Manager Dimmitt recommended <br />that construction work -for elimination of the dip at the intersection of <br />Grand Street and Brewster Avenue be eliminated from the contract with <br />Peter Sorensen and be taken up at a later date when sufficients funds <br />were available to extend the'storm sewer., Considerable discussion ensued, <br />and on motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Werder, the <br />recommendation of the City Manager was approved, Councilman Granger <br />voting "No". <br />Departmental reports were ordered filed. <br />Approved claims aggregating $18,276.75 were ordered paid. <br />Adjournment. <br />CWE:MM <br />lei LV ' <br />C. Duncan. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of November 3 were approved oh motion <br />of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Christensen. <br />A letter from Arthur Ryan relative to a recreation meeting sponsored by the <br />W6bks Projects Administration on Wednesday evening, November 19, 1941, <br />at the San Mateo Civic Center Auditorium, was ordered filed.. <br />=38' <br />d <br />
