Z396 <br />0 <br />"RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br />hereunto annexed Easement dated the 3rd day of November, 1941, and <br />made between Harry Friend and Gussie Friend, first parties, and the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, second party, be and <br />the same is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City, and the <br />Clerk of said City is hereby authorized -and directed to have said <br />Easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California. <br />Passed'and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on. the 17th day of November, 1941, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen L. C. Christensen, E. A. Fletcher, F. D. Granger, <br />G. W. McNulty, -W. M. Werder, H. F. Anderson. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen None <br />Absent: Councilmen H: W. Edmonds. <br />H. F. Eltringham in the amounts of <br />Treasurer - $ 75,000.00 <br />Clerk - 2,500.00 <br />Auditor. - 11000.00 <br />were approved on motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Council- <br />man Werder. I't was directed that the bonds be placed in the City's <br />Safe Deposit box.at the Bank of America in lieu of being held by <br />the Mayor and City Clerk as provided by the Charter. <br />The following resolutions were unanimously adopted on motion of Coucilman <br />Christensen, seconded by Councilman Werder: <br />"RESOLVED -by the Council.of the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, that Bond No. 5-S 3038 of the Aetna <br />Casualty and Surety Company of Hartford, Conneticut, in the amount of <br />075;000.00 on behalf of Clarence William Eltringham, as Treasurer of <br />the City of Redwood City in favor of the CitV,T of Redwood City is <br />cancelled as of the 18th day of November, 1941. <br />0 <br />I L <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1941, by <br />the following vote: a <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen L.
