T. Moisenco and S. E. Moisenco, first parties, and the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, second party, be and the same <br />is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City, and the Clerk of said <br />City is hereby authorized and directed to have said Easement recorded <br />in the office of the Recorder of the County. of -San Mateo, State of <br />California <br />Passed and adopted by the'Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1941, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />.Councilmen L•.
