"RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood.City that the <br />hereunto annexed easement dated the 26th day of November, 1941, <br />and made between Robert Allen and Catherine Allen, husband and <br />wife, the parties of the first part, and the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of Cali- <br />fornia, second party, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City <br />of Redwood City and the Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and <br />directed to have said easement recorded in the office of the Recorder <br />of the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of December, 1941, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen L. C. Christensen, E. A. Fletcher, F. D. Granger, <br />G. W. McNulty, W. Pd. Werder, H. F.
