"WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has become the owner of the
<br />real property hereinafter described which oras sold for taxes and the
<br />deeds to said city covering said real property have been recorded; and
<br />WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Council of the City of Redwood City,
<br />said Council deems it advisable that such property, and each and all of
<br />the various pi"ecest"her6of„ be sold and the sale of the same is hereby
<br />authorized:
<br />And said Council further determines that the minimum amount for
<br />which each of said parcels.of land shall be sold is the amount set
