<br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McAulty, the City
<br />Manager was authorized to enter into an agreement with the County of
<br />San Mateo for construction of a sewer connected with the North Fair
<br />Oaks sanitary sewer at an estimated cost of $7,000, and for payment of

<br />the sum of $8,200 to cover 55% of the present value of the pumping and
<br />disposal plant and for payment of 55% of the estimated monthly operating !
<br />cost of the disposal plant.
<br />On motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, the City

<br />Pacific Co. for construction of a spur tract to serve the National `
<br />Motor Bearing Company plant at a cost not to exceed x$3,385.00
<br />There was read,d letter from Mr., and Mrs. M. A. Harris expressing apprecia-
<br />tion for assistance given by Poundmaster Allan McKay in caring for their

<br />Request for permit to buy and sell junk submitted by Tom V. Flores at the
<br />last meeting was denied on motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by
<br />Councilman McNulty.
<br />In connection with renewal of the City's general liability insurance policy
<br />which expires February 18, 1942, the following proposals, for three
<br />years coverage, were received.
