N <br />F1 I <br />0 <br />U <br />Councilman Fletcher brought up.the matter of motorists making U-turns in <br />the middle of a block. This was referred to the Chief of Police, and <br />the City Attorney was directed to determine if there was an ordinance <br />prohibiting U-turns. Also discussed in connection with the traffic <br />problems were the "Right turn go" signs previously erected at certain <br />intersections on El Camino Real. <br />It was further decided that the recommendations of the Traffic <br />Study Committee be obtained on these matters. <br />The City Attorney was directed to investigate the ordinance <br />authorizing the placing of arterial stop signs and to report at the <br />next meeting. <br />Departmental reports were ordered filed. <br />Approved claims Nos. 1003 to 1064, inclusive, were ordered paid on motion <br />of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Fletcher. <br />Adjournment. <br />C: W.
