<br />said Outer Circle with Neveda

<br />Katherine Street "from, the end of
<br />the existing cement concrete pave-
<br />ment near the southwesterly line
<br />of Myrtle Street to the northeast- _
<br />erly line of Nevada Street includ-
<br />ing the intersection_ of"'said Kath-
<br />erine Street- with Nevada Street,

<br />That the streets and Circle here-
<br />inbefore mentioned and intersec-
<br />tions thereof be gradedfor that. -
<br />full widthandfor the lengths men-
<br />tioned herein and describe d,and
<br />by 'having constructed on both
<br />sides of said streets and 'Circle
<br />and around the park within, the
<br />intersection of said. Nevada 'Street
<br />and Outer Circle, combined cement
<br />concrete curbs and,gutters, and by
<br />constructing between said com-
<br />bined ,curbs and gutters, a ;four,
<br />(4") inch stabilized slurry base
<br />pavement, with an asphaltic armor
<br />coat wearing surface; that three
<br />(3) hydraulic cement reinforced
<br />concrete storm water drop_ inlet
<br />catch basins with cast iron frames
<br />and gratings be constructed; two
<br />(2) of said drop -inlet catch basins
<br />to be constructed one on each side
<br />of Nevada Street between James
<br />Avenue and Katherine Street; .and
<br />one (1) of said drop' Inlet catch
<br />basins, to be constructed on the
<br />southeast side of Katherine Street
<br />15 feet northeasterly from the
<br />northeast line of Nevada Street,
<br />said three (3) drop inlet catch
<br />basins to be connected by a, cIr-
<br />enter twelve (12'<) inch cement con-
<br />crete pipe drain one hundred and
<br />fifty four, (154) feet In length.
<br />The width of those portions of
<br />Nevada Street, Katherine Street
<br />and Outer Circle hereinbefore men-
<br />tioned, and the width of the road-
<br />ways thereof. and the Width ,of the
<br />sidewalks thereof are to be and
<br />are as shown on the plans, pro-
<br />files and detailed drawings here

<br />shall be done and made to the
<br />grades, as shown on the plans, "pro-
