`60 <br />Said City Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice <br />inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, <br />profiles, detailed drawings and specifications posted or on file <br />for the period required by law in the Redwood City Tribune, a . <br />daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation published, <br />printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, and hereby <br />designated for that purpose by the Council of said city. <br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids <br />be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of said <br />City of Redwood City at the hour of 5:00 o'clock P.M. of Monday, <br />the lath day of June, 1939, and all bids must be filed with .-,Clerk <br />of the Council of the City of Redwood City on or before succi date <br />and hour.' <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman McNulty, Mayor <br />a S <br />Christensen and the City Clerk were authorized to execute deed <br />transferring Lot 7, Block 37, Central Park.
