Fletcher, Wm. Hohn; R.. N. .Jones, G.. W. McNulty and Mayor <br />L. C..� Chri,st.ensei3. Absent, P. A. McCarthy and :City Clerk <br />.,.B,. E. -Myers. <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher; seconded by 'Councilman Jones, Counall- <br />,man Anderson was ,chosen to act as. Clerk Pro. Tem in the. absence of <br />B.. E. Myers. <br />The, Q.ity Manager submitted the following letter: <br />"The Enterprise. Foundry, Co. has delivered the P.W.A. <br />Commemorative "Tablet- in accordance urith the design <br />submitted by Jas.. A. Mitchell, architect, for the- <br />" City Hall-,, P.W.A.'Project 1991-F, and I recommend <br />acceptance'and that the. claim, of 054.06 for same <br />be paid.0 <br />On motion of .Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson, <br />the Council concurred in the Manager's recommendation and authoriged <br />payment. <br />The City Manager submitted the following letter: <br />"The Enterprise Foundry Co.' has delivered the P.W.A. <br />Commemorative -Tablet in accordance with the .design <br />submitted by Jas. A. Mitchell, architect, - for the <br />Public Library, P.W.A. Project 1992-F, and.I <br />recommend acceptance and that the claim of ,$54.0$ <br />for same be paid."` <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher., seconded by Councilman,Anderson, <br />the Council concurred in the 'Manager's recommendation and authorized <br />payment.. <br />Adjournment,. <br />Clerk Pro Tem <br />00! y <br />R <br />
