90 Messrs. Ferioli and Bettini, contractors, doing the Nevada Street improve - went, requested a 60 -day extension of time to carry out their contract. The City Manager explained that the work was practically finished but the extra time was desirable in order to have the contract in force until after the bonds were issued. The requested extension was granted on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty. Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Anderson, proposed adoption of resolution requesting and directing the County Tax Collector to with- hold from sale the following described property. Carried.
