Motion carried. <br />Mayor Granger, -under committee reports, requested reports from City Manager Mead on <br />the.following subjects: <br />.Bicycle Racks - Now under construction and will be. installed in the near future. <br />Report on Juvenile Delinquency- This matter,was brought up -at a recent merchants <br />meeting. Mero4ants were notified that they should report any disturbances <br />immediately to the Police Dept., who would in turn take steps to correct the <br />condition. <br />DeHoff Lease - Inasmuch as the DeHoff Lease is with the Port Commissioners, Port <br />Manager Moran has been notified by letter of Mr. DeHoff's refusal to take <br />i <br />'r care of boats on his marine ways, <br />x <br />i <br />i! <br />a, Beeger Tannery - Mr. H. A. Beeger was contacted and he stated that he would co- <br />operate to the fullest extent in an effort to eliminate conditions as re- <br />} i "t <br />ported at the meeting of N vember lst. <br />j City Attorney McCarthy reported that the Gunning property had been cleaned up. <br />Mr. R. H.
