That CHESTER C. ARITAMONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, W. W. HILTON and GEORGE W. MO NULTY, received the highest number of votes given for said office of Councilman and, said CHESTER C. ARMSTRONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, W. W. HILTON and GEORGE W. P,IC NULTY were thereby elected Councilmen, and the City Clerk .is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said CHESTER 0. ARMSTRONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, W. W', HILTON and GEORGE'W. MC NULTY a Certificate of Election and to administer to each of said persons the Oath of Office prescribed in the Consitiution of the h State of California. That the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he is hereby instruct- ed to enter this resolution on the minutes of this City Council as a statement of the result of said election. Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a special meeting thereof held on the 15th day of April, 19442 by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: H.
