That CHESTER C. ARITAMONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, W. W. HILTON and GEORGE <br />W. MO NULTY, received the highest number of votes given for said office of <br />Councilman and, said CHESTER C. ARMSTRONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, W. W. HILTON and <br />GEORGE W. P,IC NULTY were thereby elected Councilmen, and the City Clerk .is hereby <br />authorized to sign and deliver to said CHESTER 0. ARMSTRONG, FLOYD D. GRANGER, <br />W. W', HILTON and GEORGE'W. MC NULTY a Certificate of Election and to administer <br />to each of said persons the Oath of Office prescribed in the Consitiution of the <br />h <br />State of California. <br />That the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he is hereby instruct- <br />ed to enter this resolution on the minutes of this City Council as a statement <br />of the result of said election. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a special <br />meeting thereof held on the 15th day of April, 19442 by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: H. F. Anderson, 0. A. Britschgi; C. C. Armstrong, E. A. Fletcher, <br />W. W. Hilton, G. W. McNulty, F. D. Granger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: None <br />Absent: Councilmen: None <br />(S) Floyd D. Granger <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: , <br />Ralph S.
