City Attorney McCarthy replied that this matter <br />was on the agenda of the Planning Com;;iiscion v?nich meets on October 17th. <br />Mayor Hilton said he would like to.make.an appointment with City Manager Mead and <br />Health Inspector Stein to make a tour of C%Tiercial Alley in regard to the rat <br />problem, stating that the s11ey was in a deplorable condition with garbage streva <br />about. Both -City Manager Head and Health Inspector Stein signified their vrillin"- <br />ness to such an appointment. <br />e/sy6 <br />Claims No. 4589 - 4504Ato 4661, inclusive, in the amount of $17,905.53, were approved <br />and ordered paid on motion of Councilman F;IcNulty, seconded by Councilman_ Armstrong. <br />Motion passed unczlimously. <br />Councilman McNulty moved adoption of the follovding resolution, seconded by Councilman <br />Armstrong.
