<br />bear all costs of giving notice of making this agreement, as provided in
<br />said Revenue and Taxation Code.
<br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the
<br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on
<br />the 17th day of September, 1945, by the following vote:
