The point was raised at that time as to what Redwood City should do in the matter, but he did not know what decision was reached. City ?FP.nnwer Blom started that he had discussed with Councilman Armstrong the muter of setting up a Central Stores System; that he knew Mr. Eltringham had made a, study of this sort when he iva.s City Clerk; that a, letter h,d been received from M r. Uhlenberg offering to recommend the installation of such n system, with some changes in account records on 3 11bor and m,,^.terials, for a maximum sum of $400.00. Mx.
