<br />Lots 2, 4, 6 and 7, Block 1, Redwood Highlands were correctly reflected on
<br />on the zoning map as being in the business area. It ti^a.s the general con-
<br />sensus of the Council that this property should be second residential and
<br />existing ordinances for the re: -Gan that it is necessary to keep the vo..lidity
<br />of the use of ^one when the preceding ordinance was in effect and that even
<br />though the property under discussion. was second residential under the old
<br />ordinance it was snecificnlly changed by the adoption of the present one.

<br />ing this property to second residential area. Councilman Fletcher moved,
<br />seconded by Councilmen Anderson, that the matter be referred to the Plan-
<br />ning Commission :rith the recommend^tion that the city toke the necessary
<br />stens to rezone Lots 2, 41 6, 7, Block 1, Redwood Highlands, back to second
<br />resi.dental -.ren „nd bear the cost of proceedings. The motion passed
<br />unanimously.
