Weiner contacted City Attorney McCa.rtny and made nn offer of $626,63 to • clear delinquencies amountinm to $719.66 against Lot 8, Block 7, Lenolt Tract. The delinquencies include taxes, weed ^batement, bond assessments and interest. He also stated that marbage cans were still on the sidewalk at the Fat Boy Barbecue, Councilmen Bxitschgi advised that someone was putting in a sidevalk at -the inter- section of James Avenue and St. Francis and Ruby Streets and dumping dirt in the fill. It eras his opinion that this would create a serious drainage hazard and asked that it be cheered.
