M rZi s U N i 0 wor'cing -nd detailed dra.vrin s and specifications (hereinafter called "Plans") required for nostwrr +public works projects described as "specific nrojectc" in said Act; and 2. ,HE'REAS, the City of Redwood City, hereinafter designated as "Local Agency", desires to aprly to the Director of Fin-nce and/or the Post 1,7ar Puclic Nor?cs Review Board, as the cast may be, for an .allot- ment of the State's snrre of the estimated cost of preprring the com- plet�O. nlans hereira.fter mertioned and there has been nren-"red and ?resented to this Lnvislttive Body for consideration an ";?)lio^tion for such purpose; and 3, ti1HEREIS, Local Agency has pxovided, or will make available upon approval of the aforementioned rnnlieatinn, sufficient fund,; to pre- pare the coin-leted lans herein mentioned; a NOW THEREFORE BE TT REBOLVED, that Local A ency submit the afore- said v.pplic^tion to the Director of Finance rnVor the Post far Public +orks Review Board, as the case mwy be, requesting allotment of dollars being not more than one-half of the cost of pre- paring said completed plans, or for such amount as may be approved by the Director of Finance and/or the Post Year Public Works Review Board (said allotment to be used for the purpose of defraying the cost of preparing said completed plans required), for a specific project to be undertaken by local agency and described as Sewage Treatment and Disposal Plant. 5. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the estimated cost' of preparing such plans is Dollars and that Local Agency has made provision for paying one-half or more of the cost of preparing such plan; 6. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purposes of this application E. W. BLOM, City Manager, City Hall, Redwood City, be and he is hereby designated as the authorized agent of Local Agency and is hereby authorized and directed to sign and above-mentioned application on behalf of the Local Agency and submit the same to the Director of Finance and/or the Post War Public Works Review Board together with a certified statement of the estimated cost of preparing such plane sad such other information as -may be required; and said authorized agent Is further authorized and directed as the representative of Local Agency to conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements, in- cluding submission to the Director of Finance of applications for reimbursement, which may be necessary to secure reimbursement for the State's share of the expenditures made in preparing said completed plans. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of•the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd.day of December, 1945, by the following vote: AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing Resolution: Councilmen: ANDERSON, ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, GRANGER, MoNULTY and Mayor HILTON.
