<br />AUTHORIZING. JOHN ARAGNI TO RESUBDIVIDE LOTS 24 and 25 IN
<br />BLOCK 13 OF CENTRAL PARK No. 2.
<br />WHEREAS, JOHN ARAGNI has made proper application to the Planning
<br />Commission of the City of Redwood"City to resubdivide
<br />Lots 24 and 25 in Block 13 as shown on a map entitled "Map No. 2
<br />of Central Park Redwood City San Mateo County" filed in the office
<br />of the County Recorder, said County, State of California, on
<br />July 20, 1912 in book 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of hearing of said Planning Commission on said
<br />Application was mailed to owners of said property and owners within
<br />200 feet of the exterior boundaries of said property, giving over ten
<br />days notice of the time and place set for said hearing; and
<br />WHEREAS, a full hearing upon said application and any objections
<br />thereto has been had by said Planning Commission; and
<br />WHEREAS, said JOHN ARAGNI has filed with said Planning Commission,
<br />a diagram of the area to be subdivided; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did approve said Application at
<br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of December, 1945, with
<br />the following proviso: that any dwelling house to be built on the
<br />property that shall constitute the corner lot on the corner of Harrison
<br />Avenue and Jeter Street after Lots 24 and 25 have been resubdivided as
<br />proposed, shall front on Jeter Street; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission recommended that this City Council
<br />take favorable action on this Application as conditioned by said Planning
<br />Commission,
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council approve such
<br />resubdivision of said Lots in the manner set forth in said application
<br />and diagram, subject to the conditions recommended to be imposed by the
<br />said Planning Commission:
<br />Passed and adopted at a regular meeting thereof by the City Council
<br />of the City of Redwood City on the 7th day of January -,,1946, by.the
<br />following vote:
<br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing
<br />Resolution:
<br />Councilmen: ANDERSON, ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, GRANGER,
