Councilman Granger did 0) not believe that an employee should serve on a committee and vote on matters which he would be asked to render opinions on by the Council. He believed; such an employee should reserve his opinion in the matter until such a time as the Council desired it. Mayor Hilton believed the City Engineer and City i Attorney should be on the committee for technical assistance but they should have no vote. Councilman Britschgi moved, seconded by Councilman Anderson, that the matter be placed on the agenda for the next meeting. Motion passed unanimously. Resolution appointing elective officials and fixing polling places was presented. � After some discussion, Councilman Fletcher moved, seconded by Councilman • i McNulty, that the hours for the polls to be open be fixed from 7:00 A.
