262_. �R E 'S ? 0- L U T"I 0 N NO. 286 r,I AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO COMPENSATION INSURANCE ACCOUNT 4091 an �r RESOLVED that the sun of $919.14 be and it is hereby authorized to be 'W r transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to Compensation Insurance Account #4091, said amount of $919,14 being necessary to cover addit- ional amount of premuim charged by State Compensation Insurance Fund per pay roll audit. The above and foregoing resolution was passes and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at an adjourned meeting thereof held on the lith day of March, 1946, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, GWGER, McNULTY. HILTON Mayor of the City of Redwood City City Manager Blom advised that there had been a balance of $93 in the Veterans' ;gip-! Hall fund and that he had authorized repairs to the roof in the amount of 47,00, upon being advised by the roofing company that this was the charge, and had also authorized purchase of linoleum in the amount of $75. Upon receipt of another bill from the roofing company in the amount of $$50, it was discovered that the $7.00 bill was for repairs to the roof of the City Hall*and that the $50.00 charge was against the Veterans' Hall. This necessitates a transfer of $50.00 to the Veterans' Hall fund from the un - 18 . budgeted reserve. Councilman Britschgi offered resolution and moved its adoption transferring $50.00 from the unbudgeted reserve to the Veterans' Hall fund. The motion was seconded by Councilman Fletcher. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Mayor Hilton and Councilman Anderson absent. l RESOLUTION NO. 287 AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO MAINTENANCE VETERANS HALL ACCOUNT 4098 RESOLVED that the sum of $50.00 be and it is hereby authorized to be transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to Veterans' Hall Account #4098, said amount of $50.00 being necessary to cover cost of re- pairing roof of Veterans Building.
