262_. <br />�R E 'S ? 0- L U T"I 0 N NO. 286 r,I <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO COMPENSATION <br />INSURANCE ACCOUNT 4091 <br />an <br />�r <br />RESOLVED that the sun of $919.14 be and it is hereby authorized to be 'W r <br />transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to Compensation <br />Insurance Account #4091, said amount of $919,14 being necessary to cover addit- <br />ional amount of premuim charged by State Compensation Insurance Fund per pay <br />roll audit. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passes and adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City at an adjourned meeting thereof held on the lith <br />day of March, 1946, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, GWGER, McNULTY. <br />Noes and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilmen: ANDERSON and HILTON <br />W. DODGE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution this 11th <br />day of March, 1946, <br />W. W. HILTON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />City Manager Blom advised that there had been a balance of $93 in the Veterans' ;gip-! <br />Hall fund and that he had authorized repairs to the roof in the amount of <br />47,00, upon being advised by the roofing company that this was the charge, <br />and had also authorized purchase of linoleum in the amount of $75. Upon <br />receipt of another bill from the roofing company in the amount of $$50, it <br />was discovered that the $7.00 bill was for repairs to the roof of the City <br />Hall*and that the $50.00 charge was against the Veterans' Hall. This <br />necessitates a transfer of $50.00 to the Veterans' Hall fund from the un - <br />18 . <br />budgeted reserve. Councilman Britschgi offered resolution and moved its <br />adoption transferring $50.00 from the unbudgeted reserve to the Veterans' <br />Hall fund. The motion was seconded by Councilman Fletcher. On roll call, <br />resolution was unanimously adopted with Mayor Hilton and Councilman <br />Anderson absent. l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 287 <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO MAINTENANCE <br />VETERANS HALL ACCOUNT 4098 <br />RESOLVED that the sum of $50.00 be and it is hereby authorized to be <br />transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to Veterans' Hall <br />Account #4098, said amount of $50.00 being necessary to cover cost of re- <br />pairing roof of Veterans Building. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Coun- _ <br />oil of the City of Redwood City at an adjourned meeting thereof held on the <br />11th day of March, 1946, by the following vote: `I <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, FLETCHER, GRANGER, McNULTY. <br />Noes and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: NONE �� ' <br />
