Councilman Armstrong offered resolution and moved its adoption transferring $262.72 from unbudgeted reserve to the liability insurance account to cover audit on liability insurance in excess of that amount budgeted to for this year. Council- man Britschgi seconded the motion and on roll call the resolution was unanimously adopted. Councilman Britschgi offered resolution transferring $226.68 from unbudgeted reserve to the police judge account to pay salary of police judge taking the place of Judge McAuliffe who is ill. Councilman McNulty seconded the motion and the resolution passed unanimously. Councilman Armstrong offered resolution transferring $1535 from unbudgeted reserve to Retirement Account No. 910 to cover increased cost in retirement to city employees. Councilman Britschgi seconded the motion and the resolution passed unanimously on roll call. 35
