Motion passed unanimously. <br />City•Attorney McCarthy advised that Carlo DePetris and Delfina DePetris, his wife,i7 <br />s <br />are developing two lots on Vera Avenue for the purpose of building multiple', <br />buildings. The engineers advised that the city requires an easement for the <br />1 <br />purpose of providing public utilities. He had prepared a resolution accept- l <br />.ingrsuCb.-an easement,;:.. Councilman Werder offered resolution and moved its <br />fi <br />adoption accepting easements in Lots 7 and 8 in Block A of Vera Avenue Villas ; <br />seconded by Councilman Britschgi. On roll call, resolution was unanimously <br />adopted. { <br />RESOLUT ION No. 330. <br />ACCEPTING EASEMENTS IN LOTS 7 AND 8 IN BLOCK A OF VERA AVENUE VILLAS, <br />REDWOOD CITY. <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Redwood City accept a deed of prepetual non- <br />exclusive easement twenty (20) feet in width along the center of Lot 7, and <br />a similar easement along the center of Lot 8 in Block A of Vera Avenue Villas <br />to enable the City to have ingress to and egress from said property for pub- <br />lic utility services. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Council be and he is hereby di- <br />rected to cause said grant to be recorded in the Office of the County Recor- <br />der of San Mateo County, State of California. } <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City } <br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on <br />the 20th day of May, 1946, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER,'McNULTY, SWIFT, <br />WERDER and HILTON. <br />s, <br />NOES: Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilmen: NONE <br />W.
