Anderson, C. C. <br />Armstrong, C. A. Britschgi, F. D._Granger, George W. McNulty, Mayor W. W. <br />Hilton and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also present were: City Manager <br />Robert W. Mead, City Attorney Paul.A. McCarthy, Building Inspector L.T.g. <br />Duncan, Police Chief 0. L. Collins, Fire Chief M. E. Ryan, City.Collector <br />N. L. Miramontes, Street Superintendent H. L. Winter and Health Inspector <br />Emil Stein. Absent: Councilman E. A. Fletcher. <br />Councilman Anderson moved, seconded Y <br />d d b Councilman Britschgi, that the minutes <br />of the previous meeting be approved as mailed. Under the question, Council- <br />man Granger questioned the fact that the complete report of city equipment <br />Bold as rendered by the city manager at the last meeting was not included <br />in the minutes. He felt that inasmuch as it was a request from the <br />, <br />Council for the city manager to submit this report he believed the report <br />, <br />should be included showing itemized list,of eauipment sold, to whom sold, <br />date of sale and price received. It was so ordered. Oity Attorney McCarthy <br />� r <br />stated that on page 7, paragraph 3 of the rough minutes, his statement <br />should be amended to read: He further stated that for fifteen years everyone <br />I � <br />had felt they were living up to the provision of the Charter by not requiring <br />appraisal and public notice of old equipment. Motion passed with the noted <br />corrections. <br />Application for dance permit for Wednesdays, July 4th and lith, until 12:00 mid- <br />night, was received from Yvonne Schlichtmann, fee having been paid. Appli- <br />cation for dance permit for Saturdays, July 7th and 14111, until 12:00 mid- <br />j night, was received from Court Madrone No. 159, F. of A.
