Grizzle of the Sequoia Construction Company applied for permit to erect a. real estate office on E1 Camino Real and Oakwood Avenue. Councilman Armstrong moved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi, that permit be denied until such time as building meets fire and building code requirements. On roll call, motion failed to carry, Councilman Armstrong and Council- man Britschgi voting "aye". Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman Anderson, that permit be granted with the understanding that applicant post a bond for $200.00 guaranteeing that building will be removed within four months.
