WEINER, his wife, as joint tenants all that real <br />property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Calif- <br />ornia, described as follows: Lot numbered 7 in Block numbered 10 as shown on - <br />that certain map entitled °Lenolt, Redwood City, California" which map was filed in <br />the Office of the County Recorder of -Ban Mateo County on May 79 1925 in Book 12 <br />of Maps at pages 30 and 31. <br />City Attorney McCarthy stated that he believed it would be advisable to place on the <br />agenda for the next meeting the matter of ordering public improvements in Redwood <br />Villa Park. Councilman Armstrong moved, seconded by Councilman McNulty, that the <br />resolution ordering work in the area known as Redwood Villa Park be deferred until <br />the next meeting of the Council, February 3, 1947- Motion passed unanimously. <br />City Manager Blom advised that he had received an estimate on the cost of a camera for <br />the Police Department as he had been instructed. The cost would be approximately <br />$360 for a Speed Graphic, He recommended that this item be considered at: the <br />time the next fiscal year budget is being prepared. Councilman Armstrong moved, <br />seconded by Councilman Swift, that the consideration of the purchase of a camera <br />for the Police Department be considered at the time the next budget is being pre- <br />pared. Motion passed unanimously. <br />City Clerk Dodge presented resolution calling for transfer of funds from the unbudgeted <br />reserve to several accounts to cover insufficient balances in these accounts. <br />Councilman Granger offered resolution and moved its adoption authorizing transfer <br />of funds from the Unbudgeted Reserve to the accounts as reported by the City Clerk. <br />On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Councilman Werder absent. <br />RESOLUTION No. 426 <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNBUDGETED RESERVE <br />RESOLVED that the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Nine and 95/100 dollars 0749.95) <br />be and it is hereby authorized to be transferred by the City - Treasurer from Unbud- <br />geted Reserve to the following accounts: <br />Account 409-15 - Old Library Building <br />Teen -Age Center $555;92 <br />Account 403-5 - Clerk-Treas.Capital <br />Outlay - Typewriter 44.13 <br />Account 423-3 - Animal Shelter -Motor <br />Vehicle Expense 150.00 <br />
