Councilman Werder moved, seconded by Courdlman Britschgi, that <br />the permit be granted Mr. Maxon for a trailer court subject to the plans beig approved by the Building <br />it Inspector. ?lotion passed unanimously. <br />COUNCILMAN BRITSCHGI ADVISED THAT A REPORT ON THE PERRY STREET PARKING LOT should be available at the <br />j. next meeting. The matter was placed on the agenda. <br />f CITY ATTORNEY CURRIE ADVISED THAT THE APPLICATION OF MK. SIFUENTES to operate display movies would come <br />under the provisions of the theatre ordinance: Mr. Sifuentes has no definite location to operate <br />at present but it was the opinion of the City Attorney that if it is a legitinate business, the <br />license department could issue the permit. It was his understanding that some *years ago, Mr. <br />Sifuentes had operated a similar business and that his license had been revoked although he had <br />not been able to discover the reason for the revocation. The matter was carried on the agenda <br />until a permanent location was obtained at which time further consideration would be given to <br />the application. <br />MR. JACK TIPTON APPEARED REPRESENTING THE WELTNER MOTOR COMPANY and advised that the company is nego- <br />tiating for additional property on which to locate a building. He advised that the mmpany is <br />operating only one used car lot at the present time. It was intended to start construction <br />on the new building within two or three weeks.
