<br />amending ordinance No. 535 regulating taxi -meter fares. On roll call, ordinance
<br />Eras adopted unanimously.
<br />COUNCILMAN McNULTY OFFERED RESOLUTION, seconded by Councilman Granger, accepting deed to
<br />a part of the Hetch Hetchy right-of-way to be used for a continuation of Oak Avenue,
<br />from the City and County of San Francisco. Resolution unanimously adopted on roll
<br />call.

<br />ACCEPTING DEED FROM CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the deed from the City
<br />and County of San Francisco, a Municipal Corporation to the City of Redwood City,
<br />dated July 23rd, 1947, be accepted by and on behalf of said City, said deed being
<br />for the following property:
<br />"COMMENCING at'the most northerly corner of Lot 26, Reese Subdivision, as
<br />said lot is shown and designated on map entitled, "Map of the Reese Subdivision
<br />of a Part of the Redwood Farm°, which was filed in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, March 22, 1905, in Book °B° of Original Maps,
<br />page 5, and copied into Book 3 of Maps, page 56; thence southwesterly along
<br />the northwesterly line -of said Lot 26 a distance of 1,50.01 feet to the most
<br />westerly corner of that parcel of land conveyed by G. J;. Savage and Eva Savage,
<br />his wife, to the City and County of -San Francisco, recorded March 5, 1923, in
<br />Book b5 of Official Records, San Mateo County at page 382; thence easterly
<br />along the southerly line of said last mentioned parcel, which line is also
<br />the southerly line of Hetch Hetchy right of way, a distance of 64.79 feet to
<br />a point 50.0 feet distance, measured at right angles, from the northwesterly
<br />line of said Lot 26; thence northeasterly and parallel to the northwesterly
<br />line of said Lot 26, a distance of 108.81 feet to the northeasterly line of
<br />said Lot 2b; thence northwesterly along said northeasterly line, a distance
<br />of 50.0 feet to the -point of commencement."
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said deed is hereby accepted subject to the reser-
<br />vations and conditions set forth in Ordinance numbered 4502 adopted by the Super-
<br />visors of San Francisco., dated June 30th, 1947, said Ordinance No. 4502 being made
<br />a part thereof.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of September, 1947, by the following vote:
