<br />OVERRULING PROTEST - REDWOOD TERRACE NO. 1 AND ADJACENT TERRITORY
<br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County,
<br />California, that
<br />WHEREAS, notice of hearing protests under Resolution No. 392 has been given
<br />at the time and place provided by law, and all persons interested in desiring to
<br />be heard were fully heard, and all protests filed and matters personally con-
<br />sidered; ands
<br />. WHEREAS, good cause appearing heretofore;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said and all of said protests be and are
<br />hereby overruled.

<br />I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of.the City Council of the City of
<br />Redwood City, California, held on the 13th day of January, 1947, by the following

<br />confining assessment and ordering the work and moved its adoption, seconded by
<br />Councilman Werder. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Coun-

<br />ADOPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, AS A WHOLE, WITHOUT MODIFICATION OR CHANGE,
<br />FINALLY CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE WORK.
<br />REDWOOD TERRACE NO. 1 AND ADJACENT TERRITORY
<br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, San Mateo,County,
<br />California, that
<br />WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September, 1946, said City Council adopted its
<br />Resolution of Intention No. 392 to construct certain improvements in and for
<br />Redwood Terrace No. 1 and Adjacent Territory in said city, and referred the
<br />proposed improvements to the Engineer of Work of said City, he being the officer
<br />having charge and control of the construction of public improvements in and for
<br />said City of the kind described in said Resolution of Intention, and being a
<br />competent person employed by said City for that purpose;
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council thereby directed said Engineer of Work to make
<br />and file with the Clerk of said City a report in writing, in accordance with and
<br />pursuant to the Redwood City Improvement Ordinance.
<br />WHEREAS, said report was duly made and filed with the City Clerk, where-
<br />upon said Clerk presented it to said City Council for consideration;
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council thereupon duly considered said report and each
<br />and every part thereof; and found that it contained all the matters and things
<br />called for by the provisions of said Improvement Procedure Ordinance, including
<br />(1) plans and specification of the proposed improvement, (2) descriptions and
<br />maps showing location general route and termini of lands or easements to be
<br />acquired therefor, (3� estimate of costs, (4) diagram of district, and (5) an
<br />4 assessment according to benefits;
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council found that said report and each and every part
<br />thereof was sufficient in every particular and determined thp.t it should stand
<br />as the report for all subsequent proceedings without modification, whereupon said
<br />City Council appointed Monday, October 7th, 1946, at the hour of eight o'clock
