City Manager Rolison recommended approval of <br />low bid of Cattich Brothers and Stevenson for $4500. In addition to this, the <br />Engineering Department had estimated that redrock surfacing and fencing would cost <br />an additional $1500, which was to be financed from 1944 Bond Funds. Councilman <br />Granger moved that recommendation be accepted, seconded by Councilman Spillers, <br />subject to approval of contract when contract would be signed.
