<br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the places, in the
<br />manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to the lines, grades and elevations as
<br />shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in the
<br />office of the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are made a
<br />part hereof by reference thereto.
<br />Whenever any public way is referred to as running between two public ways, or
<br />from or to any public way, the intersections of the public,ways referred to are
<br />included to the extent that work shall be done therein pursuant to the plans, and 1
<br />specifications hereinbefore referred to.
<br />Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official grades for said i
<br />work the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor
<br />and hereinbefore referred to.
<br />The total estimated cost of said improvements as determined by the City
<br />Engineer of Redwood City, California, is the sum of $83,527.20.
<br />Said contemplated work and improvements, in the opinion of said City Council,
<br />is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and said Council do°es hereby make
<br />the cost and expenses of doing such work and improvements chargeable upon a dis-
<br />trict, which district said Council declares to be the district,benefited by said
<br />work and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expense there-
<br />of and which said district is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood i
<br />City, State.of California, and is described as follows:
