Councilman Morgan moved this <br />be carried on the agenda for two weeks, seconded by Councilman Swift, and carried. <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF BLANDFORD STREET ISLAND. City Engineer Jain stated the estimated cost <br />to alter the island at the westerly end would be 0350 to $400. To remove the island <br />would cost about $800 which would leave a very large intersection which was believed <br />
