Councilman Spillers moved that spgce be granted with the understanding that the two stores in the middle of the block have equal access to this leading zone, seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried. COUNCILMAN BRITSCHGI MOVED THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY BE INSTRUCTED TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE TO CONTROL UNDUE AND EXCESSIVE NOISE ON THE STREETS IN RE TO THE LAUNCHING OF NEW BUSINESS ETC, seconded by Councilman Morgan._ City Attorney stated there was recent legislation on this sort of disturbance. Motion carried, Councilman Spillers voting No. REQUEST FOR PERMIT TO SOLICIT PAINTING OF HOUSE NUMBERS ON THE CURB. BY DONALD LEE DARNELL, CARDINAL HOTEL, PAIR ALTO, was denied on motion of Councilman Swift, seconded by Councilman Morgan.
