<br />OF REDWOOD CITY 1944 CITY PLAN BONDS, SERIES C. AND OF $125,000 PRINCIPAL
<br />AMOUNT OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY 1949 SEWER BONDS
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has heretofore duly authorized the issuance of $48,000
<br />principal amount of City of Redwood City 1944 City Plan Bonds, Series C. and of $150,000 principal
<br />amount of City of Redwood City 1949 Sewer Bonds, and it is desirable that said $48,000 prindipal
<br />amount of said 1944 City Plan Bonds, SoriesC, and $125,000 principal amount of said 1949 Sewer
<br />Bonds be offered for sale together at this time,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCouncil of the City of Redwood City,California, as
<br />follows;
<br />Section 1. That Wednesday, the 1st day of June, 1949, at the hour of 11:00 A.M. (P.S.T.) is
<br />Oareby fixed as the time, and the office of the City Clerk in the City of Redwood City is hereby
<br />fixed as the place at which bids will be received for the purchase of $48,000 principal amount of City
<br />of Redwood City 1944 City P1anBonds,Series C, and of $125,000 principal amount of City of Redwood
<br />City 1949 SewerBonds.
<br />Section 2. That theCity Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice
<br />of the sale of said bonds to be published once in the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE' the official newspaper
<br />of said City. The City Manager is also authorized, in his discretion, to cause Notice of Sale to
<br />be published in THE BOND BUYER, but no defect or error in such publication shall affect the sale
