<br />to be made for the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of Intention Nb. 616, and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has lr epared and presented for the approval
<br />of the Council of the City of Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the
<br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 610 and to be assessed to pay
<br />the expenses thereof, said diagram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the
<br />dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the
<br />work proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set out in said Resolution
<br />of Intention No. 610.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the diagram presented by the City Engineer
<br />for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be and it hereby is approved.
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED that'the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby is directed to
<br />certify to the signature date of said diagrams approval.
<br />I, RALPH S. DODGE, CityClerk of the City of Redwood City, do hereby certify that the above
<br />and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
<br />City of Redwood City at a regular meeting held by said City Council on the 6th day of June, 1949,

<br />seconded by Councilman Swift and carried.

<br />Councilman Morgan offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Spillers and
<br />carried on roll call. Councilman Britschgi noted absent.

<br />AND $125,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY 1949 SE14ER BONDS
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood.City heretofore duly authorized the issuance
<br />'of $48,000 principal amount of bonds of the City of Redwood City to be known as "City of Redwood
<br />City 19/,4 City Plan Bonds, Series C", all dated June 15, 1949, and the issuance of $150,000 prin-
<br />cipal amount of bonds of said City of Redwood City to be known as "City of Redwood City 1949 Sewer
<br />Bonds", all dated June 15, 1949, and further duly authorized the sale of said $48,000 principal
<br />amouht of said 1944 City Plan Bonds and the sale of $125,000 principal amount of said 1949 Sewer
<br />Bonds at public sale to the highest and best bidder therefor; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said bonds has been duly given in the manner prescribed by
<br />said resolution and the following bids for said bonds were and are the only bids received by
<br />said City Council, to wit:
