<br />a daily newspaper (except Sunday), published, printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, and
<br />hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof, held
<br />on the 6th day of September, 1949, by the following vote:

<br />117HEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, in open session,on the 6th day of September,
<br />1949.,. publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals or bidvfor doing all the work and making
<br />all the improvements described it Resolution of Intention No. 746 of said Council, passed and adopted
<br />by said Council on the 18th day of July, 1949, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further
<br />particulars. .
<br />RESOLVED, that said Council of the City of Aedwood City hereby #ejects all said proposals or bids
<br />except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said
