<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Monday the 17th day of October, 1949) at the hour of 8:00
<br />P.M. of said day„ at the Council Chamber of said Council of said City, in the City Hall on Middlefield
<br />Road in said City, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all
<br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the -grade
<br />to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed
<br />for said, work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City and shav cause why said
<br />proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with this resolution
<br />of intention, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as
<br />shown on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred to'herein, and for hearing any protests
<br />in relation to said proposed improvement.
<br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed and circulated
<br />in said City of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper in .
<br />which to publish this Resolution of Intention as required by lawi. and the Clerk of said City of Red—
<br />wood City is hereby ordered and directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said
<br />' newspaper twice, as required by law_.;

<br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall cause notices of the passage of
<br />this Resolution of Intention to be posted in the time, form, manner and number as required by law.
<br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of this Resolution of intention to all
<br />persons owning real property proposed to be assessed,7.hose names and addresses: appear on the last
<br />equalized assessment rollfor said City taxes prior thereto, in time, form and manner as requiNed by
<br />law.
