<br />City Manager Rolison stated an exhaustive study had been made, the tanks were over-
<br />loaded and in protection to the consumer no more connections should be permitted and

<br />if the Council saw fit he wished authority from them to deny any more connections.

<br />Councilman Morgan moved that a letter to the County asking their cooperation in holding
<br />iup all permits until clearance is made through the Water Department, seconded by Coun-
<br />oilman Holmquist and carried.
<br />RESOLUTION No. 844, RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, KENSINGTON SQUARE, WIDENING OF JEFFERSON AND
<br />ALAMEDA de las PULGAS. City Attorney Currie stated some 40 pieces out of 58 had been
<br />acquired and that 15 or 16 should be acquired. Councilman Holmquist offered resolu-
<br />tion and moved adoption authorizing and directing condemnation proceedings, seconded by
<br />Councilman Britschgi and carried on roll call. '
