Councilman Swift moved that nominations be closed, seconded by Councilman <br />Morgan and carried. Roll call vote was taken for Mr. Byrd. He received a 5/7th <br />vote, Councilmen Spillers and Swift voting No. Councilman Swift then moved that the <br />vote be made unanimous, seconded by Councilman Mongan. Councilman Holmquist introduced ordinance, <br />seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried. <br />ADOPTING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR INDUSTRIAL SERVICE ROAD BETWEEN WHIPPLE AVENUE AND <br />NORTHERN CITY LIMITS. Affidavit of publication was ordered filed by Mayor Werder. <br />RESOLUTION No. 843, ADOPTING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES BETWEEN WHIPPLE AVENUE AND NORTHER CITY <br />LIMITS. Councilman Morgan offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Swift and carried on roll call. <br />RES0"LUTI0N No. 843 <br />ADOPTING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR INDUSTRIAL SERVICE ROAD BETWEEN WHIPPLE <br />AVENUE AND NORTHERN CITY LIMITS <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City has, by Resolution <br />No. 6-50 duly adopted by said Planning Commission, recommended to the Council of <br />Redwood City that certain plan lines be established in the City of Redwood City <br />as a part of the Street and Highway Plan of the Master Plan of Redwood City, <br />California; and <br />WHEREAS public notice of a hearing regarding the adoption of said Plan Lines <br />was duly given by such notice being published in the Redwood City Tribune on <br />February 15, 1950; and <br />WHEREAS all protests, written or oral, to the adoption of said Plan Line2 <br />have been duly considered by said Council; and <br />WHEREAS all said protests have been duly overruled by said Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the Council of Redwood <br />City does hereby adopt as precised sections of the Street and Highway Plan of the <br />Master Plan of Redwood City, California, Official Plan Lines for the following <br />streets, as said plan lines are shown on the following maps: <br />1. Street opening as shown on that map entitled "Official Plan Lines <br />for Industrial Service Road between Whipple Avenue and Northern <br />City Limits"; said map now being on file in the office of the <br />City Engineer of Redwood City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE PROPERTY designated in the aforementioned map <br />is hereby reserved for the future development of the City of Redwood City for the <br />purposes hereinbefore mentioned. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of March, 1950, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, HOLMQUIST$ MORGAN, SPILLERS, SWIFT, AND WERDER. <br />NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br />ATTEST: <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />RALPH S.
